NZGE provides the relevant information for FlockFinder, RamFinder and the Sire Leader Lists. FlockFinder is a tool to help locate flocks with genetic information on specific traits. RamFinder is a tool to identify individual animals with specific combinations of genetic merit across traits. The Sire Leader Lists identify the top 200 high genetic merit sires for a number of indexes and goal traits. (These lists can be downloaded in pdf and comma delimited text file (csv file) formats.)
All performance-recording SIL flocks are automatically considered for NZGE reporting, unless they “opt out”. If you do not want data from your flock included, please contact us.
